CREATIVE MINDS IN SONG

October 2022 marks the launch Creative Minds in Song project; a collaboration between Song in the City, the Guildhall School and MIND in Tower Hamlets.

Directed by Gavin Roberts and Rebecca Cohen, the project will bring together Guildhall School Postgraduate Composers, Singers, Pianists and Music Therapists with writers from Mind in Tower Hamlets. Together they will co-create brand new contemporary songs, offering writers that have experienced mental illness a new creative life.

The project will culminate in a performance in the Milton Court Concert Hall in May 2023.
